I really do like his play. He knows he needs to improve his decisions on the court. He does makes progress every game. Of above all else I like his heart. He plays like he cares.

You guys crack me up...

Apparently our starting five should be playing in the NBA. I don't think y'all know how hard it is to make it to the NBA level.

there are guys in the nba that aren't that good, are aren't that good anymore.

i don't think bryan will make it, there are players in the league that leave you scratching your head when you watch them play as to how they're there/still there.

Where did I say that...

Jones- not drafted
Carter- second round next year, may or may not stick.
Kirk, Sloan, Roland- No chance.

If he keeps developing at this rate, he'll at least be part of the conversation.

I agree with cat, B-davis is our best combo of skill+athletecism in the post... I've always liked his play even from last year, he's a really good 'basketball' athlete, I think he'll get every shot to be a solid PF in the pros. He can do a bit of everything, and with his aggresiveness and athletecism, and his ability to handle the ball, i see no reason why he cant get a shot to play NBA ball. I think alot of people are gonna be suprised at how good his numbers will be in full minutes next year. He may be the best bench post-player in the country, of course, I dont know enough about college bball to say that, but I really, really like him.

Unless he is scoring 20 a game his senior year I seriously doubt he will play in the NBA.

doubt it. but the hardest working player on the team from my perspective undoubtedly.

Bryan Davis = future Dennis Rodman. Rodman was a terrible scorer, but he was the very definition of hustle and do everything you can to help your team win. Davis is already showing he has the exact same attributes with his 7 assist night and great defensive play. If he wants to play in the NBA he should model his game after Rodman.

He may not get drafted, but he will get minutes in the NBA. Book it.

Vander, Davis doesn't have the frame/athleticism that Rodman did.

He is however a good rebounder/shot blocker and it appears that he will develop a good post game.

He's a solid player all around and he plays good D/takes charges.

nbadraft.net jumping on the bandwagon.

They have him going #29 in 2010.

they got Sidney going at #9...

they may be on your bandwagon, but if he went there you would be wrong

How long do you want to ignore this user?
I'm assuming Sidney takes some of Bryan's points and rebounds away and pushes him to the 2nd round.

I think Davis will go... and I wouldn't be surprised to see Elonu end up in the NBA either. I think he has a higher ceiling than Davis (or Deandre), and I've been saying that for a long time. We shall see how he develops.

Not sure I can see anyone else on the team right now going to the NBA.

i like davis' chances better than anybodys, except for maybe carter. Surprised no one has mentioned how good a ball handler davis is for a big guy. I remember him dribbling the length of the court a couple times last year.

I vaguely remember on trip where he got 95% of the way.

cant forget about the time he stole the ball (against Nebraska i think), went on a one man break and was about to throw a monster jam, only to tweak his ankle on the way up. really nasty

that was a game changing play when he fell. must have learned that move from Joe, (OU game a couple years ago )

I think he will. A lot of the reason you make it is because of potential. Deandre didn't have 20 points a game or 10 rebounds. They saw an athletic lengthy guy that has somewhat of skills. He will make it. I wouldn't count out some of the other players on the team either at least in a conversation. Carter will and if Sloan can develop then he will be in the conversation. Ace wasn't even a mention for NBA until the beginning of his Senior season so give Sloan some time.

If Jason Maxiell can play in the NBA, Davis can too!
