Not sure how else to describe it other than auto-scrolling. Only happening on Texags. It doesn't happen every time. I've cleared browsing history and the issue came back. Bug again, it's not happening every time so I don't know for sure if that ever fixed the issue. When it does happen, just refreshing doesn't seem to fix the issue.

Any ideas?
