Can we have the same flag & report function in DMs that we have in the forums?

Also, how can I block a user from DMing me?

I have someone engaging me in my DMs where it's not dramatic enough that I feel like they should be reported/banned/etc., but I would simply like to be able to block them from continuing to send me messages.

But, I can also see value in being able to report DMs for the exact same things we can report posts for, if it's warranted.
