I have windows 10 media player on my company laptop, but when I try to watch any content, I get a message that says it can't find a viewer to use. What viewer should I download to be able to watch the radio show and other videos?

Our videos should play right in your browser without having to open any type of media player. What browser are you using on your company laptop?

I have tried chrome and IE. I get the message that a viewer can't be found in chrome and it just doesn't play in IE.
