Not sure if this has already been discussed or how viable it is, but I was wondering if there is a way to incorporate a 'Watch User' function similar to the 'Watch Topic'?

For instance we all know Johnny Manziel posts under the username; JFF. Wouldn't it be cool if I could add 'JFF' to my 'Watch User' list and receive a notification to my dashboard everytime he posts?

I think this could be a pretty useful tool for following users we like or know.

Just a thought.

This has been done, I think, but I can't remember how to add users to the list.
