Also there are a few teams with 0.0 odds which means (via the formula) why even think about betting against that team? Because you get your $ times 0 which is 0 then divide by the other teams odds... why even have that game on the docket?

First, it's only Tuesday. Second, I agree it's a worthless bet to put any money on Northwestern since you'll only win your corresponding fraction of the $1 bet on Rutgers. On the other hand, I (and others) will take the other bet and put another $1 on Rutgers to get half of the $11,191 wagered on Northwestern. By the time all the wagers are placed, it all evens out to be roughly (discounted by TexAgs bias) the Vegas odds.
