Trouble displaying Desktop version in Chrome

It's working sporadically, but most of the time it's jumbled.

Currently using:

Google Chrome is up to date
Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)

No issue in Safari, but about 75% of the time I open Desktop version in Chrome I'm seeing something like this:

This has been happening for about 4 days. Thanks in advance if anyone has a clue about this.

Next time it happens, do a "hard refresh" by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R

Thanks. Looks like it just happens when my home internet is slowed down. Not very common, but I guess I had a few days of throttling last week.

This was just the only site it was happening on; most sites either load or don't load when there's a slowdown.
