I previiously had a free premium student account but for whatever reason texags canceled my subscription, and I am still a current student. How do I fix this?

Everything seems to be in order, can you not access the Premium board or Premium content?

No, I cannot access them. It says my subscription is a free account not premium but it says I am a current student.
