Using Samsung galaxy s5. Will randomly crash the tab and require it to recover the tab. Almost makes the mobile site unusable.

Tab doesnt crash anymore. It is slow at times. Almost like it freezes but then recovers. Do yall do any testing before yall release or just let the users do the testing?
