I was gifted an expensive bottle of tequila but im not a tequila drinker.

Is there a way to legally sell it? Google leads me to believe i pretty much can't.

This. At Christmas time, I get tons of bottles of liquor from subs/vendors.

Without a doubt. My original statement was sarcasm.

You don't buy this bottle not knowing it's going to be special for the recipient. Missing on a bottle of crown is one thing, this is egregious.
