I'm starting this to open source the crews who cook ribs and enjoy trying new flavors! I haven't perfected this by any means (hence the title "open source"). I'm looking for the perfect rib combo!

Pork Back Ribs - Traeger grill (w/ mesquite pellets)
- Prep: Mustard, HEB Texas Rib Rub (30 min soak)
- First Cook: 2.5 hrs (w/ 45 min interval apple juice spritz)
- Second Cook: 1.5 hrs double foil Wrapped (butter, brown sugar, honey)
- Final cook: 30 min open on rack w/ Austin's Own BBQ Sauce glazed on top
