Beck's "bubba burger" has to be the best burger on the planet. Find myself living in Oklahoma these days, and I don't make it back to Texas as much as I used to. Even contacted Beck's about a potential Franchise opportunity here in the Tulsa area, but they do not franchise out. Anyone have the recipe for their prime sauce, or a close copy?

I don't eat there often and don't know exactly the sauce you're talking about, but in a quick google it is described as "pink mayo based"

So it's probably mayo cut with some combo of ketchup/ chili sauce, and maybe Worcestershire

When I worked there it we described it as a "mayonnaise based sauce similar to thousand island dressing".

But yeah it was your basic "special sauce" similar you anything else you'd find at a burger shop. Mayo, little ketchup, some seasoning, Worcestershire, etc.

Came here looking for the recipe tonight and found my own post, so bumping it up again. LOL I know it has mayo cut with ketchup and pretty sure it has a small amount of pickle relish too. Please let me know if you have a good copy cat recipe or the actual recipe. Thanks!

The exact recipe for Becks Prime Sauce is not publicly available as it is considered a proprietary blend. However, based on general descriptions and discussions on the web, you can make a sauce that's similar to what you might expect:

### Ingredients:
- **Mayonnaise**: 1 cup
- **Ketchup**: 1/4 to 1/2 cup (adjust to taste for sweetness)
- **Chili sauce**: 2 tablespoons (optional for additional flavor)
- **Worcestershire sauce**: 1 teaspoon
- **Pickle juice or relish**: 1 tablespoon for tanginess
- **Mustard**: 1 teaspoon (preferably Dijon for a sharper taste)
- **Garlic powder**: 1/2 teaspoon
- **Onion powder**: 1/2 teaspoon
- **Paprika**: 1/4 teaspoon for color and flavor
- **Salt and pepper**: to taste

### Instructions:
1. **Combine Ingredients**: In a bowl, start by mixing the mayonnaise and ketchup. This forms the base of the sauce.

2. **Add Flavors**: Stir in the chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pickle juice or relish, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

3. **Season**: Add salt and pepper to taste. Remember, the sauce should have a balance of sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy flavors.

4. **Mix Well**: Whisk or stir everything together until you have a smooth, uniform sauce.

5. **Taste and Adjust**: Taste the sauce and adjust the ingredients if necessary. If it's too sweet, add more pickle juice or mustard. If it's not tangy enough, you might add a little more Worcestershire sauce or pickle juice.

6. **Chill**: For the best flavor, let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.

This recipe creates a sauce with a pinkish hue, similar to descriptions of Becks Prime Sauce, which is often described as mayo-based with a secret blend of ingredients. Remember, this is an approximation based on general descriptions, so feel free to tweak it to match your taste preferences or to try to get closer to the original flavor profile.
