It seems to get very little emphasis and practical actionable solutions - when and exactly how are we going to guarantee they won't get nukes?
I fear the answer is going to be "too late."

1100 people got Ecoli (60 hospitalized) and 141 got norovirus from eating at Chipotle in 2015 alone. Chipotle ended up paying $25 million in damages to the victims and openly admitting fault. If that's your idea of "better", I don't want to eat anything you recommend.
