Several years ago someone posted an old YouTube video on here of a guy trying to teach his viewers how to cut brisket and he's completely making a mess of it all. Really hilarious. Does anybody know which video I'm talking about and can link it??

There was even a poster several years back when this was originally posted that vouched for this method when they were slicing at the restaurant they worked at. That brisket in the video looks like a brisket cooked in KC or Memphis where they need to stick to ribs.
first cringe was putting it on newspaperFPag09 said:
Aside from scraping off the fat cap with a knife, I think the next most cringeworthy part of that video is him referring to the point and the flat as the 'top plate' and the 'bottom plate'
Was it Lincoln Riley? I can remember his brisket post not going over well.My Dad Earl said:

Holy crap that's hilarious. I wanted to punch my screen every time he said bottom and top "plate" when referring to the flat and point.fav13andac1)c said:
It hurts to post, but good for educational purposes on what NOT to do…
