What's in this? Something sorta sweet at the end. Can't put my finger in it.

El Tiempo Marg Recipe:

1.5 oz Silver Tequila
0.5 oz Triple Sec
0.5 oz Agave Syrup
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

The best way to make frozen margs like a restaurant is to have one of those daquiri machines.

The second best is to premix the ingredients and make sure it's got enough booze and sugar to not freeze. Then you can put it in the freezer, let it get down to frozen temperature overnight, and then when you're ready to drink just throw that mix in the blender with a little ice. It'll be so cold you can even do that thing where you squeeze a lime on it and it freezes on top.

The key to a smooth frozen drink with a decent blender is to put the ice in first, then pour the alcohol over the ice. The alcohol breaks the seal on the ice allowing the ice to blend smoothly.
