Frito pie burrito, double dog dare, add bacon, add jalapeo. That will feed a family of four easily.
I've only been once. The breakfast tacos were surprisingly good, the jerky is some of the best I've had and the beaver nuggets were very underwhelming. Don't get the cult like following for those.

My go-to is the sausage wrapped in a tortilla on a stick, and the homemade potato chips.
I'm a fan of their jalepeno cheese summer sausage. Have tried a lot of summer sausage over the years and I find their pretty decent for a gas station.
Also a fan of there fruity pebbles rice crispy treats. Hard to pass one up at checkout

If you're going jerky, I like the Bohemian blend best.

Their brisket sandwich is one of the worst things that I've ever eaten. So not that.
The turkey melt or ham melt is fantastic. The Texas Cheesteak burrito is pretty good as well. But a snack of pork tenderloin and cheddar cheese while driving is very nice.

Their Breakfast Tacos suck. They use ice cream scoops to put the egg in the tortilla and never distribute the ingredients evenly. One bite all bacon, or egg.......

Sadlers Smokehouse out of Hendersonville is their brisket supplier, so you can grab it at Walmart probably and save a couple bucks per pound.
Hill country bohemian garlic jerky is addicting.

This doesn't apply to their brisket tacos. Only 1 ingredient inside the tortilla, so of course it's even.
It's not bad road food.

There are other good things, but the chips are both good and reasonably priced.
The hippo and rhino breakfast tacos are good.

I like the stuff in the one freezer case next to Jerky. Boneless chickens stuffed with jambalaya, the pork loins, boudin, jalapeo poppers. I think they have quail too but haven't gotten it yet.
You wouldn't think it but their Mighty Cod fish sandwich is one of my favorite fish sandwiches and definitely beats other fast food fish sandwiches... by a mile! I get mine with extra jalapeno mayo.
The salted caramel mini cookies. ADDICTIVE. They come in lemon, too.

The ones that I've had there were so rubbery that the entire slice of brisket would come out on the first bite, then you would have to use your hands to try to pull and tear it with your teeth like a hyena trying to tear the muscle off of the bone of a fresh kill. I figured that it was just a one-time occurrence the first time, but the second one was the same. And I'm not picky about brisket at all.BBRex said:

That sucks. I think I have had a sandwich like that, now that I think about it. Usually they are similar to other chain brisket sandwiches. Not great, but consistent, warm and easy to grab on a run through the store.

That's my assessment. Placed beside a McDonald's burger or Taco Bell, I'm grabbing the mediocre brisket sandwich with onion and pickle every time.
But as mentioned in my first post... don't sleep on the smoked Turkey sandwich next to that brisket sandwich...
