Like? Dislike?

Was going to get the built in one for a new construction build, just worried I wont use it enough to justify the price.

My neighbor has one and they use the hell out of it. Do you have a large family or entertain? I think those are the key components that will answer "will you use it". That you can have a pound of bacon or a full fledged fajita operation going on one surface are big pluses.

Less functional than a $299 36" Blackstone, but, gorgeous no doubt. How about split the difference and get a Blaze built in griddle?

I'm not seeing how that's worth anywhere near $4k. Unless it comes with a chef to cook the fajitas.

I had one and loved it. I have been contemplating putting one in the new outdoor kitchen.

I should probably add that it is very versatile.

Do you know how hot the surface can get at full throttle?

I had one built-in last year. Love it.

I wish we'd floated it so people can cook on each side (it's in a corner), but we didn't want to sacrifice views into the pool area.

I've had a laser thermometer show 620, which is 100 more than they advertise. Not sure if that is a setup issue or if they list low to account for yankee weather. That was on just over medium after running 40 minutes or so.

We love it. Still learning the ropes but it's used multiple meals a week.

Only downside if compared to others is also one of the selling points - the circle burners. With a rectangular grill you can only heat one side and use the other to warm. You also have the walls to help scoop.

As a circle you can slide food to the outside (or middle) to keep warm, but I think that is easier with a square surface.

Still no regrets. If you are choosing and can place it so people can cook at the same time on different sides it is a no brainer of the cost doesn't matter.
Staff - take out the trash.

Love mine. I have a 25 built in and one on our tailgate rig. Great cooking grill. Done everything from all the breakfast, steaks, burgers, veggies, phillies, pizza, wings. It's always awesome. Sold 3 this week! We are a dealer in North Houston. www.creekstoneoutdoors.com

I have the built in Blaze and it's been rock solid. Love it.

We sell Blaze also. It's a great griddle for a good price, no doubt.

The evo is more versatile due to the design and the hood/lid. You can bake and cook indirect using it more like a grill which gives you the best of both worlds - griddle and grill.

Sam, assume you can easily ship to Austin? Still a ways out but will prob have to spec for everything in 2-3 months for the architecture plans.

Yessir! Just let me know when you are ready.

As an FYI - we provide outdoor kitchen designs/plans at no charge with purchase of a grill and accessory equipment.
