I'm in need of an electric knife that makes a smooth cut when cutting meat. The last one I had looked like a chainsaw had been used.
Any suggestions?

I have a cuisinart that works well on brisket and Thanksgiving turkey. That's all I've ever used it for.
Ha ha. Same here Farmer.Farmer1906 said:
I stopped using mine when I got better at using a normal knife.
I'm adding you and Mr. Diesel to my list. I will be stalking you via texags, but only to check out your progress with the smoker and electric knife. I'm hungry but harmless I promise.Beckdiesel03 said:
Well because of this thread I ordered a non electric slicing knife as a Christmas present for Mr. Diesel. He was gifted a pellet smoker this Christmas so his other gift is a Bluetooth thermometer.
Not sure what you mean by normal knife. I rarely like serrated edges for knives but for slicing a brisket or carving a turkey they are hard to beat. The electric part just makes it quicker.Farmer1906 said:
