This mini watermelon I bought two days ago seems to be leaking a sap-like substance from it's rind. Should I throw away?

Go buy one right now. Watermelons have been awesome this year. I've been eating watermelon every day for the past 2 weeks or so.

Heard of watermelons foaming but not "sap" for lack of a better term. Foam usually means an over mature watermelon and it's starting to ferment. Not sure what sticky substances might mean.

Thanks for the replies.
It started to foam this morning which I know is a sign of pressure do to fermentation. So, I guess the sap was just a precursor to the foam. Oh well, into the trash it goes.

I use the ground spot mark as noted in the photos and also feel of weight vs volume. The melon should feel much heavier than expected for its size.
