Sous Vide question (milk/chicken)

I marinated chicken all night in buttermilk and was going to fry it but then decided to sous vide before frying, so I vacuum packed the chicken but there is still residual buttermilk. Is the buttermilk going to curdle or go bad while the chicken is in the water bath?
