I'd like to ask a few questions about their experiences getting started and what they would do differently if they were starting again. I'm specifically interested in folks who have experience in the fast casual space. Thanks in advance.

Isn't artisan's In Houston Aggie owned?

Demeris BBQ, multiple Chic Fil A in Houston are Ag owned /.operated.

A lot of the Salata's in DFW are Ag-owned / franchised.

Jason was a big help to me when I was thinking about starting a BBQ food truck.

(I decided I like eating BBQ more than cooking it)

Cordua is an Aggie.

In Dallas, Tupanambia's Mexican Restaurant is owned by Eddie Dominguez, a former SWC Aggie basketball player. The entire place is decorated in AGGIE memorabilia, even the menu has AGGIE names.

Christner's Prime Steak and Lobster in Orlando is Aggie owned.

think the owners son in law is an Aggie.

I love the pizza there, but the corking fee is a bit high.

The son and his wife are both Aggies. This is the son who isn't involved in the restaurant. We all lived in the same dorm at A&M. And it's Pizaro's. Not meaning to be an ahole. Just to help the OP find it easier in google.

Another fast casual type place that is Aggie owned is Burger Burger in Fredricksburg.
