Just received some venison ham steaks. I have never cooked these before...anyone have a recipe?? Thanks!

Also interested. I normally just slice into 1/2 inch medallions, tenderize ever so slightly then chicken fry

Post this on the outdoors board.

Depending on what you got and how thick, you can do any number of things with it. Most of the time chicken fry works best with most of the cuts from the ham, but I like to grill anything I can.
