I'm not sure how the taste compares to Chuy's, but HEB sells some stuff called That Green Sauce that is a jalapeno/sour cream/tomatillo based sauce. It's pretty dang good.

Someone posted the recipe here awhile back. I seem to recall it ring very easy to make.

Google "chuys green sauce" and pick the second or third down on website "who needs a cape". Sub fresh jalapeos (2 or 3 medium) for the canned....best recipe I have found/made yet, trust me!

For the record...I have no clue what the website is for but I found that recipe and it is the best. Sorry for not posting link.
