Does anyone here have current knowledge/experience with Enlisted personnel management for the (monthly drill) SELRES Naval Reserve?

If so, please respond and let me know how to get in touch off-line. I have an issue involving a family member and am trying to ensure they take the best route to accomplish what they are trying to accomplish.
