Howdy all,

I don't frequent this board too often, but wanted to drop in for a bit. I was in Belgium a couple of months ago and was lucky enough to visit the From Texas to Bastogne exhibit, which chronicles the life and war stories of 5 Texas Aggies whose war efforts brought them to/through Bastogne.

The exhibit was amazing (I encourage everyone to visit if you can) and while I was there I picked up some of their souvenir coins from the exhibit. I can't get the photos to upload to imgur, but will update once the pictures are here. They simply say From Texas to Bastogne on one side and the five faces of the Aggies are on the other.

If yall know of anyone who would enjoy having a coin and a brochure from the exhibit for Memorial Day please let me know. I have two of these coins to give away.

Very cool! I'm hoping to make a trip to Belgium next summer, but probably not until after that exhibit is over. Looks like it ends on Aug 31, 2016.

I know several Aggies w/multiple tours &/or PH(s) &/or (a) valor award(s) &/or regimental affiliations to units who where there. I can ask my nephew (a much more recent grad) if he knows anyone.

I also know the parents of one of my nephews classmates who was KIA in Iraq.
