Unless we are going back to an annual game vs. SMU, which game will be the "fish spur" game?

In the SWC it was SMU.

In the Big 12 it was Texas Tech.

In the SEC??

hahha no man I loved the corps... its just that sometimes tradition got in the way of common sense. I guess I am kind of negative about the corps sometimes. I never really understood the point of spending a weekend making fish spurs and then being forced to wear them to class for a week while everyone stared at you.

I wouldn't trade my 4 years in the corps for anything though!

At least with fish spurs, you could have a blowout and power through the quad no questions asked.

Shiner sent us a box of free bottle caps because there was no way we were all going to tank down 103 beers each.

I wish we had thought of that instead of going to bottle cap alley on a friday night with two gym bags.

I went to the coca-cola bottler in Bryan and got a load for free. Just have to ask sometimes.

Still have mine, they hang on the wall in my office.

I say just pick one with an animal mascot - LSU, maybe? I figure we can spur a tiger as well as anything else.

Every year I tell my outfit's fish to write a letter to Shiner and have all of the fish sign it. It's good PR for everyone involved.
