One of the best guys you will ever meet. I went through a bunch before I met him. Good and honest. Leave your number and he will return your call after 5:00pm Tell him you're an Aggie. He will know who sent you.

I've used Art for 8-9 years after a recommendation I received on Texags. My parents have used him and also a few friends. He is great. I recall that he was hard to get ahold of before you are a customer, but once you are a customer of his, he will always reply quickly and get you taken care of. Great prices too!

I also use Art Perez, Just a Good Sprinkler Guy. He's been great for us and I've recommended him on here before and to other people, and all have said the same things that are mentioned on this thread.
