Follow-up to the thread, Pat Mims is awesome! After trading emails with staff, they asked for my cell and he called me. Asked for details on what happened/etc.....Gave some thoughts/recommendations, and when I mentioned we had pictures, he said send them. A day later he calls me back to follow-up, but get this, he apologized for not reaching back sooner. Wasn't concerned after seeing the pictures. Took the time with his busy schedule to call me twice to help. Both times, he is on the road. Nuts.....

He works between Boerne/Fair Oaks down to La Cantera or so. We are a little east along 1604, and that was going to stretch where he normally goes.

I would highly recommended him. We simply picked him since he was closer to the house.

Simply put a good Ag.....and small world. After BSing with him for a while, we knew some of the same people....
