I'm a home builder in NE Dallas, but am looking to find a handyman or remodel contractor in San Antonio to help repair my mother -in-laws rent house, approx 1,300sqft.

Needed items:
Interior sheetrock repair - (House was recently releveleved)
Plumbing leak (drain line) on outside wall in slab
Remove/replace old flooring with LVP
Redo two small bathrooms. One is walk in shower, other is a tub shower. Both bathrooms are approx. 5'x9'
Paint entire interior of house (Trim & walls)

Ready to start in 2 weeks.

Any recommendations appreciated. I'm just too busy with current projects in Dallas to take off for a week or two to go fix. Thanks.
