Wanted to volunteer/work for the festival this year.

Show up with a stein in one hand and sausage in the other. Ask the first booth you see if they need help. Seriously, get on the website and call the organization. I'm sure they can hook you up.

Are you trying to volunteer with the Wurstfest association or just do volunteer work for one of the vendors?

The Senior Center and the Youth Soccer League are always looking for help at their booths.
