I'm in the market to buy some land out in the hill country. Long term place to build the forever home type stuff. Would be great to be on a creek/river but as long as we have access to water that's fine.

~~Anyone have any recommendations?~~

May have to shelve this one for now. Gotta get the wife on board first - no easy feat.

We enjoy the Bandera County area anywhere from Medina back towards Utopia with desirable tax rates, close access to multiple live water sources. My wife is a land and ranch real estate agent and would love to help.

If you don't live on the edge, you can't see the view
