Can someone recommend a computer repair person that would possibly service a Dell with Windows 10? My father's computer has frozen and I told him to call Dell, but he could probably use some hand holding if that type of service is available.

These guys are not in Stone Oak but we'll drive from there to Computer Rescue on 2434 Brockton St. Used them 3 times with excellent results.
