I am in the market to buy a small office and lab space to lease back to my company for our San Antonio Office. I am trying to stay within a few miles of downtown for convenience of our employees. Looking for something in the 1500 to 5000 sq ft range. Ideally it would have parking for at least 10 vehicles. I don't really care about the condition of the interior. trying to stay around $250,000. If you know of anything that might work please shoot me a note. If something works out I will make sure it benefits you.

The only thing I see on MLS currently is

1603 S Hackberry St ( it's a mess )

Try Loopnet.

I can expand the search further when I get back in from my inspections.

A little further out:

1001 Donaldson Ave is kind of interesting

1343 W Hildebrand Ave if you don't mind putting a building up.

That's really the extent inside 410, at least on the MLS.

Loop Net:

Needs "work" or a flamethrower.

If you can up your budget for a new building. Sure thing, right? It's across from the new WellMed

That's about all I see.

Lots of vacant buildings just south of downtown. Just because there isn't a sign doesn't mean an owner won't entertain an offer.
