I'm not sure what each of them charge, but I would choose Andrew Del Cueto over the DWI dude. I have seen both firms during a trial.

I went to law school with a couple of their attorneys and have seen them in action first hand. These guys and gals are bad ass at their jobs. They're young, but have a ton of trial experience and are passionate about what they do.
