Any recommendations for a local family lawyer to draw up a will for my wife and me?

Also, any ballpark on cost? Typical simple assets, young kids custody stuff, etc.

Just had this conversation with my son's new den leader. He is in family law and I will be meeting with him soon for this very purpose. He quoted a ballpark of $750. Rudolph (JJ) Jass. I've known him for awhile through school activities....didn't know he was a lawyer until recently. He has a website...don't recall it, but, Google should find him for you.

You need an Estate Attorney to setup a will, trust and other documents like a healthcare directive. I would recommend setting up initial consultations with the following and pick who you prefer.

Whatever Estate Attorney you go with make sure they charge a flat rate and not hourly. Flat rates are just about standard now for Estate Attorneys. I don’t know your situation and I’m not familiar with setting it up online but personally I feel much more confident and protected knowing a professional I know setup important documents regarding my estate. In my opinion it’s certainly worth the money.
