Whatever Estate Attorney you go with make sure they charge a flat rate and not hourly. Flat rates are just about standard now for Estate Attorneys. I don’t know your situation and I’m not familiar with setting it up online but personally I feel much more confident and protected knowing a professional I know setup important documents regarding my estate. In my opinion it’s certainly worth the money.
