I am looking to demo an existing closet (that used to be a computer niche) and build out a new closet space utilizing existing attic space. Anyone have any recommendations for this type of work? Need framing, drywall, electrical, etc. nothing fancy.

We have used Chase at Excellence in Flooring and Remodeling for three jobs. Old and new house in Sterling Ridge

Job 1: old house. small bathroom rebuild. New tile floor and tub surround.

Job 2: old house. Full master bathroom redo. Flooring throughout. All baseboards in house. Kitchen backsplash and fireplace surround

Job 3: new house. Kitchen cabinet paint, countertops, kitchen tile, new baseboards in kitchen, fireplace surround.
