Looking for brand recommendations for a Reverse Osmosis Filtration System for our kitchen. We are remodeling our kitchen and would like to install one. Any negatives that you have experienced or things we should consider when installing one? Thanks.

Have had this APEC system for 4 years, still going great. I've replaced the filters once.

The RO makes water that has no preservatives in it, ala rain water, etc.
Therefore in time, this tank water gets unhealthy, even IF it flows on a regular basis
Culligan scientists know this and take care of it periodically, case by case.
Ours is $39/mo free filter/tank replacement 12-18mos

Soften your water, skip the RO unless you have some kind of documented kidney disorder where you can't have regular water. Out of curiosity, why do you want RO?
