In portions of low lying areas of my st Augustine grass this brown patchy area and its barren n drought conditions.

Not sure I've even seen grass look like that. Doesn't look like any fungal disease I'm aware of.

Edit: Just saw the other thread. I think they're right; it's not your grass at all
