That said, if your foundation is slab-on-grade (SOP in Aggieland unless HUGE)
then some will place gutters only over the entryways & any HVACs THEN
where the roof drains into the perimeter bedding, they place River Rock, BullRock or equal
to prevent erosion. The results are
improved watering & quality for "garden"
consistent moisture all round for best foundation performance that guards against corners drying out = sinking = cracks in walls, above fenestration.
Less gutter cleaning and roof concerns?

Would love to learn 1st-cost comparisons but betting long term mainteance compare is a no-brainer.
