NW Houston area. Looking for advice on whom to contact that can recommend a plan to alleviate drainage issues around foundation. We have no supply leaks or under slab drain line leaks. Have done pressure tests on lines and hydrostatic tests and camera on drain lines. Leak detection company is certain it is drainage issues( gutters, slope of yard, etc).
I want more than just someone who says they do drainage. I'd like a company that would really survey the whole site and the history of my problems. This is all fairly new issues with the floor.

In Aggieland, the best results have come from a design/build landscaper & crew skilled in grading, French drains of all types, et al. The last project even solved drainage for a pier/beam foundaiton with vents @ perimeter.
