I have some Mexican tile in my laundry/guest bath area. Does anyone know of any sort of machine to clean the tile and the grout?

We have 20 year old tile in our rent house and at year 17 we had it professionally steam cleaned and sealed by the guy who cleans our carpet. It has been 3 years and still looks amazing.

You can rent a steam/cleaner made for this at home depot

The rental ones are tedious. If i you go this route get plenty of extra bristle brushes.

The service place is super expensive. I want to say like $3 ft2
