What is the cost to add an additional driveway at our house that is 14'x 35'

Where are you located?

For 6" concrete, 3,500 PSI, #3 rebar it should be about $7/ft. However, this seems like a small job so it would probably cost a bit more.

Existing surface demo and sub grade prep? I would anticipate this job costing $5k. Flatwork is reasonable to budget at $8/sf right now. Another $1k markup because of job size. Demo and prep in addition to that. $6k tops.

Considering driveway extension and best quote I got was $4800 for 350 ft2. But that includes rerouting some drainage that goes to the curb.

Neighbor has similar sq ft for $4k

Small jobs will have an adder.
