We are currently putting in a pool and just had the decking poured with a salt finish. While I like the texture the salt finish created, I'm not sure what I think about how the decking looks like in general. This is my first pool so I'm not sure what all the steps are. Is there a sealer or something that goes on the concrete after it is done. The decking was poured 5 days ago if that matter.

Pool decks aren't my thing so not sure if that is something that is typically sealed. If we're talking driveways, sidewalks, etc, then no, you don't need to seal it because it is a salt finish. It shouldn't be treated any different than broom finished concrete.
