Anyone priced this out recently? Price per foot/panel? My front sidewalk has settled, holds water, and needs a lift. 6 standard residential size panels in the burbs.

Are you sure that is your responsibility?

There are companies that will drill holes and pump concrete, or some other leveling compound, under the slabs to get them level. Works well, but probably about a wash in cost for what you are looking for.

Same here. I think our city may cover it as well.

If the gap is over an inch and a quarter we can call our municipality to get out on the list for repairs.

In Houston, I paid $620 to level part of a sidewalk. It was holding water too. 24 ft long, 4 ft wide. Sidewalks in Houston are homeowners responsibility.

I was recently given quotes to level my driveway through polyurethane foam and also concrete replacement. They gave me 3 different quotes for the polyurethane foam, $2k, $4k, $5.5k. The $2k was only for leveling and didn't include a warranty, with the $4K offering a limited warranty, and $5.5k including a 5 year warranty and they would fill in all the hollow voids under the concrete with foam.

Concrete replacement was quoted at $6.5k that included 714 sq feet. However, the polyurethane foam leveling was only for 578 sq feet.

My problem is I have tree roots lifting one of my driveway panels so I feel as though my only option is to have the concrete replaced and the tree roots removed in the process, especially considering the price of the foam.

Exactly my scenario - who did you use?

Put in a request here in Frisco. They came, inspected, spray painted warning signs and they'll be out in 12-18 months. Wife is thrilled.

I think I got two different quotes and this guy was slightly cheaper. Sidewalk is still holding up.

call Greg Thornburgh at Southern Concrete Raising 713-556-1450
I have used him several times and compared his prices to other quotes and he has always worked with me and been very fair and they do really good work.
