I've called a couple places and no one wants to work on these. It is not cooling like it use to.

Any suggestions of who to call or how to fix?

Thanks for the suggestions. Tried carbonics and they only handle the non refridgeration issues.

I am not in EJ and sons area. I'm in Katy.

I called Kegco and they are walking me thru a reset process to see if that fixes it. If not, hopefully they have someone in the area to assist.

I've been through two Kegco units. The second did seem to do better after the reset. Decided to replace it anyway. Ended up purchasing a new Micromatic unit. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

They both failed at about the 2 year point. First one they charged me $99 (I think) to send me a replacement. The second was slowing creeping up on temperature. Finally did the full reset and it seemed to be working better, but I already got tired of waiting for their response so I had ordered the Micromatic unit.
