We are moving into a new build with stained concrete floors. What are some of your tips or go to methods for keeping these floors clean and polished looking?

I'm reading mixed things online. I've seen not to use chemicals, which makes sense), just mild soap and water for cleaning. But can you use a steam mop? Some say yes, others say no. Will the steam mess up the wax finish?

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Get you a microfiber dry dust mop and use it everyday to remove any dirt. It's safe to use a neutral pH cleaner on polished concrete when you mop. Just don't use fabuloso or mop and glo and you should be fine.
