So I"m at the point in my outdoor kitchen build where I need to connect my exterior propane line stub out on my patio to my outdoor kitchen. As far as I know, at my location, I am allowed to DIY this and not required to have a plumber do it, nor have it inspected.

My plan:
(1) From 3/4" propane stub and shutoff valve, run 3/4" black pipe with malleable fittings to exterior of outdoor kitchen
(2) Sleeve pipe through 1" or 1.25" PVC with fire rated sealant on the inside of that penetration
(3) Install tee with two shutoff valves once inside the enclosure
(4) Run flexible gas hose from one of the shutoff valves to built in propane grill ~ 3' from tee
(5) Run flexible gas hose from other shutoff valve 15 feet to countertop fire feature burner.
(6) Run electrical underground in conduit from exterior house stub to interior outlet for grill and continuing circuit to an outlet on the exterior facade of kitchen for charcoal lighter.

Questions
- Is that the right locations for shutoff valves?
- I need to also have a GFI outlet on the inside of the structure to plug in my grill. This will be installed with underground conduit from a stub out on the exterior of my house. Is there any issues with running the gas lines and flexible hoses near electrical outlets?

Any glaring mistakes, recommendations, etc?
