Does anyone have familiarity with these? If so, would love to pick your brain. I was quoted $300 by a company to come out and change the carbon filter on the EC4 system, and also change the filters for the under sink water filtration system.

In googling, I couldn't find much about replacing filters in the EC4 system. Just trying to see if 1) necessary and 2) if I am getting ripped off.
