I had a couple of foundation company come out and give estimates, one wanted to put 21 and another wanted to put around the entire house. I had a structural engineer come out and assess the foundation and recommended 11. I used All Texas Foundation Repair 713-529-7901

I can't tell you who to call in the Houston area, as foundation repair companies that fix a foundation the right way are rare. If you lived in BCS though, only Anchor Foundation Repair is capable of performing the job as described below:

Make sure they install a drilled bell bottom pier and not a pressed pile.

Make sure they check plumbing and not leave you an underslab drain line leak.

Make sure they mud pump the void beneath the slab after raising.

This is who we used in Meyerland and Keith and ST are great to work with.

Yes - make sure you get multiple bids. Mine ranged from $5,000 to $13,000. The ones you hear advertised all the time and mentioned here were on the high end and wanted to install more piles. I got it done for about $6,500 - 23 piles installed across the front of my house. No interior piles. Take your time.
