Just built our new home and have tile in washroom and bathrooms and showers. Need to seal grout. What do y'all recommend?

I got the better of whatever Lowes sells (DuPont?) and it's always held up pretty well.

Definitely do it before you use the shower if you have a tile shower floor. We waited about 1 month and the grout stained. Started applying yearly after 1 month and the stains haven't increased. We just bought something made by Dupont from Lowes or HD that goes on w/a brush.

Make sure to clean first. I'd use this:
